Dynamic Monitoring Of Social Security Auditing And Intelligent Guidance Of Researching

Network audit system currently in use, which cannot be effective for the state of businessrunning to realize effective dynamic early warning, and lack of initiative and real-time, thesystem cannot provide intelligence guidance and help. In this thesis, proposed the use ofactive database theory, monitoring business indicators, policies and regulations of abstractionto active rules, to solve the social security auditing in demand for business early warninginitiative, and based on design principles and reasoning methods of knowledge base, designedthe policy knowledge base, the results meet the intelligence guidance needs of early warning.First of all, at home and abroad of existing research results on the basis, design adynamic monitoring model, and the pension insurance business, extracted six performancemonitoring indicators, six indicators of system analysis,23business early warning indicators,single monitoring indicators for the driver, the design of the E-C-A initiative rules andmonitoring information processing algorithms.Secondly, the rules of management, the design of three linked list storage structure,improve the retrieval efficiency of the rules and reduce the difficulty of maintenance, dynamiclinking process and rules of the implementation of the research, design the algorithm.Again, the combination of early warning results to guide the requirements, design,intelligent guide model, the core of the model is based on the use of formal methods, thedimensions of knowledge and policies and regulations, knowledge, combined with thecharacteristics of old-age insurance policies, designed a four-level knowledge of the storagestructure.Finally, on the basis of the aforementioned studies, designed and developed socialsecurity auditing dynamic monitoring and intelligent guidance system, gives the overallsystem design and architecture, and monitoring of specific indicators to design the active rulesand Guidance program, verified by example, to achieve a dynamic and intelligent guide tomonitor the whole process. The system has been running in the Heilongjiang ProvincialAuditing.
