Web service technology is one of the trend technologies in computer science now, and recently with the rapid growth of the web services deployed with the same functionality, many researches proposed selection systems to automatically rank and select the optimum web service between the deployed candidates. Others adopt this problem in dynamic environment where the behaviors of web service changes with the time and with the competition with new web services. However, the role of these systems limited at selecting the optimal web service only, and they did not introduce a direct solution to step over failure situations such as web service migration or connections failure in real time systems with out the need to change the client application. In addition, the previous systems have a set of shortcoming, A. Degrade performance with the increase of the collected QoS information. B. takes side with business related web services more than general purpose web service which can be used in the future for the sake of web service composition to construct web application as a step in the web automation trendIn this work, we introduce a new automated web services supervision system based on Multi Agents System (MAS) platform named JADE. This system to provide two tasks; the first task is to select the optimal web service with respect to the user request based on changeable QoS criteria in dynamic environment, while the second task takes advantage of the agents’technology to manage and monitor the communication between web services and clients depending on the abilities of agents to work in distributed system, which will be able to supply more resources with the increase of the processed information in dynamic environment. This to ensure the reliability of delivering the service by automatically introducing solutions (redirect, or replace the web service with the next best candidate based on the QoS criteria) in case of connection failures or web service migration. Moreover the automation characteristic of agent technology suites the trend of automatic web.
