In recent years, Mobile Communications and Mobile Internet have become twoof the fastest-growing business in the world. Accompanied by the emergence of3Gnetworks, there is a sharp increase in demand for moving informations, more andmore people expect an access to high-speed Internet in the process of moving, in orderto upload or download informations they need. At the same time, smart phones have aunprecedented development, the Mobile Internet is gradually penetrated into people’slives and work in various fields, such as short message, microblogging, mobile music,mobile games, video applications, mobile payment, location services, etc. A variety ofMobile Internet applications is developing rapidly, and has changed the lifestyle ofthe information age profoundly. The nature of Mobile Internet is the ways and meansof information transfer between mobile devices and network servers. Therefore, howto achieve the safety and efficient data transfer and information exchange betweenmobile phones and the Internet in current environment, has been a hot topic in thefield of Mobile Communications. This paper has presented the design of a remotestorage and interaction of Mobile Information platform, the main contributions are asfollows:Mobile Internet and Mobile IP technology are studied in this paper. TraditionalTCP/IP technology did not support mobility, so the IETF proposed Mobile IPtechnology to support the roam of mobile terminals in the network, and achieveseamless connection to data. Mobile IP technology is a solution based on networklayer and support mobility function with the scalability, reliability and security; it hasnothing to do with the underlying transmission medium, and is compatible withexisting Internet protocols without changing the mobile host’s permanent identifier.Then, the development and application of the3G smart phones, mobile phoneoperating system, browser and smart cards are described.Meanwhile, the mobile data communication technology and information securitytechnology are studied in this paper. The core of the mobile data communicationstechnology is the agreement of a platform-independent information synchronizationstandard called SyncML, whose purpose is to achieve an open, industry-widespecification, universal remote information synchronization and transmission betweena number of networks, platforms and equipment for data. Data transmission encryption algorithm has been studied in this paper too, and a classical algorithm hasbeen improved.After the combination of the above research work, a remote storage andinteraction of mobile information platform based on3G network has been designed.The platform is built for network synchronization transmission of personalinformation and media resources in the Windows Mobile phones. Protocol stack fromthe network layer to application layer has been built too, the system provide acommon interface between the layers to facilitate the expansion and transplantation inthe future.
