Research And Design OA System For Enterprise

Currently, with the rapid development of computer technology and globalcommunication technology, office automation (OA) systems have been widely used inenterprises, higher education institutions or governments. However, with thedevelopment of enterprises and the fiercer social competition, the current OA systemscan not meet the enterprises’ demand, which objectively requires the enterpriseinformation technology construction to keep the pace with computer networks.Therefore, it has become one of the current urgent needs to develop and design OAsystems suitable for enterprises.Grounded on the real conditions of enterprises, and aided by the fieldinvestigation and user demand analysis, the project has used the popular.NETFramework platform to develop an OA system satisfying the demand of the enterprise.The system, using the MVC framework of design model, introduces the idea of B/Spattern into its design and realization. Being a system with enormous amount of users,to improve the system performance and visit speed of the concurrent, it uses thedatabase connection pool technology. At the same time, to improve the security of thesystem, the system uses the strict authority management way to control the operationranges of different users, and we set up safe control systems like network warning, dataprotection, intrusion protection to ensure its successful operation. In the designing andrealizing, we use Time Slice attribute assignment to realize simultaneous control ofdocument and solve problems.Through the implementation of the system in enterprise, along with thecombination of informatization construction with enterprise management andadministration, the enterprises changes the organization operation mode. Themanagement of the company steps on a new stage with its developing informationdriven by unified management. OA makes it possible to exchange and publishinformation on every side, which strongly facilitates the office work anddecision-making for leaders. It also promotes the standardization and systematization ofoffice activities, and final leads to network office and paperless office.
