:The continuous development of photovoltaic technology makes its application in a wide variety of industries, especially in the military reconnaissance system. This thesis mainly on the photoelectric reconnaissance system for military surveillance systems is studied. Photoelectric reconnaissance detects the background itself and identifies the target and tracks the target’s activity mainly by using the reflection of light source on the target and background or target, the differences of radiation of electromagnetic wave. In view of the research topic of this article, thesis mainly from the following several aspects mainly analyzed.This thesis mainly from two parts researches and demonstrates the photoelectric reconnaissance system’s achievement, one is the optical system, the another is electricity, the two parts combinate the photoelectric system. Firstly, this paper introduces composed of white light, laser, infrared multi-spctral optical system and optoelectronic stabilized platform’s development situation.Optical axis calibration of consistency is the key to stabilizing system of the technology,white light, laser and infrared optical axis deviation directly impact on target detection precision after mechanical device, especially for a field goal, over a long distance, in order to reduce the influence of the error to the actual performance requirements, we proposed a sensor center as the software correction method to adjust the optical axis of consistency. This method can quickly and timely solve the error of optical axis consistency, finally, through lots of experiments show that outdoor optical axis coaxial degree is less than0.3mrad system to the three requirements.Finally thesis researches a designation of the kind of photoelectric reconnaissance stabilized platform. In photoelectric stabilized platform, visual axis stabilization accuracy of platform is related to the framework of anti-vibration design and material selection, etc. At the beginning of the design, according to the requirement of the performance of the scheme, thesis makes a lot of analysis about system structure and material, the vibration reduction mechanism of vibration reduction design effectively isolate the vibration of the outside world. Finally, after the vehicle field test and simulation analysis, this stabilized platform has reached the requirement of stable accuracy within40/μ rad.
