With the rapid development of modern network technology, cloud computing technology asthe most emerging research and application fields in the network technology, more and more getsthe attention of people. However, the security problems and efficiency problems of cloudcomputing have been as the key problems that restrict the rapid development and popularization ofcloud computing. This thesis focused on the study the security problems and related performanceproblems in cloud computing, and proposes a cloud computing service model with the securitymechanism.In connection with the service model of the data security, this thesis divides the cloudcomputing data into two parts of cloud internal data storage and cloud external data transmission, tostudy the corresponding technical strategy. For the cloud internal data storage, this thesis gives akind of key/value data storage model for data storage, and then through the related data backup andisolating mechanism to ensure the safety of data storage. For the cloud external data transmission,this thesis gives an improved hybrid encryption algorithm, in order to improve the safety in theprocess of data transmission.In connection with the service model of data processing efficiency, this thesis gives adistributed load balancing algorithm based on cloud computing platform and cluster the use of loadbalance mechanism. The improved algorithm can efficiently made a reasonable distribution ofresources in public cloud environment, to ensure the high performance characteristics of cloudcomputing. The improved algorithm performance analysis and evaluation are given in this thesis.
