Weather Facsimile Figure During The Processing Of Key Technology Research

With the rapid development of computer technology,a combination of meteorological facsimile receiver system with digital image processing technology will be a important trend in weather analysis and forscasting.The traditional meteorological facsimile maps are constained by the receiving device, the receiving environment and other factors,so there are many shortcomings in terms of storage and processing.Using digital image processing technology can not only overcome these shortcomings,but also can increase the depth and breadth of weather fax map in the use of navigational and meteorological fields.This article based on the existing image and graphics processing and information recognition method have studied some of the key issues in image processing and identification process and put forward some solutions by a large number of experiments and analysis.The following aspects are talked about in this papaer:Combining with the characteristics of the meteorological facsimile maps,a method comnination of the connectent labeling and the tamplate matching is put forward to remove the noise figure in the meteorological facsimile maps;Different annotation information are removed differently based on their characteristics;The strikers have been extracted in the mereorological facsimile maps by identificating of triangulars and semi-circilars;Several group of structural elements are added to overcome the shortcomings in thining images basing on the traditional use of hit-misss transform in thining images;A complex matching method is put forward to matching all the breakponts in breken contours;A method based on the serching of the characteristice points to repair the contour is put forward in the contours which have been matched in succeed;Effective data compression have been completed by the method of point-by-point tracking and extracting the feature points in the process of vectorizating the contours;At last,a method about the idea of inversion of the pressure field is put forwar by using the vectorized contours.
