The clean circulating cooling water system has been widely utilized by corporations in the practical production process.However,during the production process the whole circulating water system would cause lots of energy waste due to the unreasonable parameter setting.In order to resolve this problem,this study probes into the optimized operation of the clean circulating cooling water system and proposes critical optimization methods that could minimize the energy waste of the clean circulating water system in industrial production.First of all,this study analyzes the structure and operating theory of the clean circulating cooling water system.The author analyzes decision variables of the optimized system and then sets objective functions and constraints of this system to form a mathematical model of the optimized clean circulating cooling water system.The optimized operation of clean circulating cooling water system is a nonlinear programming problem constrained both by equations and inequations.The decision variables regarding the optimized operation of the clean circulating cooling water system include the start and halt of pumps and fans,and they are discrete.Since the BPSO algorithm has many advantages such as simpler concept,less parameters,and better practicality,so it would be used in this study to give solutions.However,in the iterative process,the BPSO algorithm is less convergent.Hence the modification on the probability mapping function and location update function is necessary.The modified BPSO algorithm has turned out to be more convergent after simple tests.Finally,when the modified BPSO algorithm was applied to the practical clean circulating cooling water system,desirable results have been obtained.Based on the aforementioned theoretical analysis,this study conducts the software development of the clean circulating cooling water system's optimized operation against the backdrop of Shanghai Baosteel Energy Tech Company's topic "The Energy Simulation Software Development Platform for the Clean Circulating Cooling Water System".The software development process include data base designing,software architecture designing,interface designing,I/O system designing and the mixed programming of the Delphi language,the C language,as well as the Matlab language.Ultimately,this study verifies the optimized operation of the clean circulating cooling water system through tests.The results have shown that the optimized operation software of the clean circulating cooling water system is a platform that could simulate the fluid network system,evaluate and optimize the digital simulation.It would provide endorsement for the decision-making of steel industries that want to save energy.
