Research On Camera Calibration Of Trinocular Stereo Industrial Photogrammetry System

This dissertation mainly focuses on research on camera calibration of trinocular stereoindustrial photogrammetry system. The main works and contributions are summarized asfollows:1、A camera calibration of self calibration bundle adjustment based on quaternions is put forward.Theresult of experiment indicates that complicated trigonometric functions could be avoid, and also the singularityof trigonometric functions. The problem of euler angles depending strongly on the initial value can be solved.2、The effect of the use of a filter glass is engendered for interior elements through the study andexperiment. With the study of camera imaging, self calibration bundle adjustment is accounted for the aboveproblem.3、Two dimensional target is prepared, and based on one dimensional target of unknow motion is putforward to constitute3D control points for building the virtual field of large scale to calibrate the elements ofexterior orientation.4、A direct algorithm of calibrating the elements of exterior orientation for trinocular Stereo camers basedon coplanarity equation is put forward, and the correctness and feasibility is approved by the test. Then thescheme of camers under quick calibration is given.5、One calibration software for calibrating the elements of exterior orientation for trinocular Stereo camersis produced, and this software is included as an encapsulation in integrative software of trinocular stereoindustrial photogrammetry system.6、The technologies of calibrating the elements of exterior orientation for trinocular Stereo camers isrecounted in the online measurement of large size and high temperature forging. The fild test proves that thecontent of this paper and the calibration software is reliable and feasible in the whole practical application.
