Because of the nano particles’unique structure, it has attractedextensive interest by researchers in biochemical analysis field. In recentyears, a great quantity of new and ultrasensitive biological detectionmethods for biomolecules has been developed based on nano particles. Inthis paper, based on nano paticles labeled probe inelectrochemiluminescence applications, we finish some researches asfollows:(1) A novel Au nano paticles (AuNPs) is synthetized by luminol andchloroauric acid, named LuAuNPs. Because luminol have been envelopedin the process to synthetize, the LuAuNPs possesses the characteristics of chemiluminescence, electrochemiluminescence, fluorescence etc, which isvery different from common AuNPs. In the next work, we confirmed someexperimental parameters and further characterized its features.(2) Base on the LuAuNPs, an ingenious strategy of an electrodesurface-related “one-pot” cascade DNA cooperated with enhancedelectrochemiluminescence (ECL) by3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilane (APS)is proposed for DNA fragment detection in this study. The tediousoperation of separation procedure is circumvented by the step ofhybridization chain reaction (HCR) attached on the electrode surface, offering the advantages of operation-simple and time-saving. The systemexhibits high sensitivity and specificity from0.2fM-10.0fM DNA withthe detection limit as low as0.2fM.
