In this paper, our plant reheat steam temperature control system has been chose for background. This paper first introduces the internal model controller, analyzes its the structure and basic properties, given the internal model control design steps and the choice of filter method, at the same time it also delves into the internal model control robustness and interference.In response to the Party Central Committee to build a conservation-oriented society appeal, our plant has calculated on boiler combustion economy undertook comprehensively, and conducted a comprehensive reform to our plant boiler, in order to improve the economic operation of boilers. Based on the comprehensive analysis the of the operation characteristics of reheater, the reheat steam temperature of reheated steam temperature regulation, influencing factors, the burner tilt under the regulation of the reheat steam temperature dynamic characteristics and spray desuperheating control of reheated steam temperature dynamic characteristics, put forward the burner swing angle and spray desuperheating regulating reheat steam temperature, supplemented by internal model controller, obtained the good control effect.However, running the above methods, although for reheated steam temperature has certain stability, and good control effect, due to the burner swing angle and spray desuperheating act as one pleases, leading to water spray desuperheating frequent action cannot effectively play an energy-saving synergism. Therefore, put forward the burner tilt control and spray desuperheating control combination operation mode, completely solve the spray desuperheating frequent problems, improve the economy of boiler operation.
