The mobile medical monitoring is an effective method of medical care,with flexibility,timely diagnosis and treatment characteristics,which has major significance for the preventionof chronic diseases and sudden illness.The improvment of mobile computingspeeds,functional diversity, low cost and other features provides effective tools for the mobilemedical monitoring. On the other hand, the heart sound signal as a judgment of heart diseaseand effect of technical indicators, provides an important basis for diagnosis and prevention ofheart disease.In this paper, the software technology of heart sound signal monitoring system based onmobile phone is mainly researched, which can be used to realize the data acquisition by amobile multimedia streaming technology, remote transmission of data, feature extraction ofheart sound signal on server-side and medical information management platform for mobileintensive care.The architecture of heart sound signal diagnostics monitoring platform based on mobilephone is designed. The platform is made up of heart sound signal acquisition and processingmodule, mobile heart sound signal acquisition and transmission software, heart sound signaldiagnosis server software, information systems of mobile phones to interact with server.The software of heart sound signal acquisition and transmission is designed. Using thephone’s audio interface as a heart sound signal input, and then after mobile phone audio a/dconverters to generate digital signal, enables mobile heart sound signal acquisition.The heartsound signal data acquisition by a mobile multimedia streaming technology is realized.Through the fully analysis of characteristics of heart sounds audio data encoding, a extractionalgorithm of heart sound signal under the PCM and ADPCM coding, which can be used toapart audio component from the Wav file. On the other hand, using Java Me framework forGCF in network connections to complete the data transfer under the post method and realizethe multi-threaded programming. The program is proved to be reasonable and stability by test.The method of diagnostic and analysis of heart sound signal based on J2EE Web serveris designed. The algorithm of heart sound signal feature extraction under servlet is designed,using J2EE Web programming technologies combine with the Matlab Builder for Java tools,which solves the difficult of cell phone client cannot analyze heart sound signal feature andmakes it possible to remote diagnosis of heart sound signal. Meanwhile, the JDBC databaseconnection is established under servlet, achieving the persistent storage of diagnosis results. Enable the exchange of information between the phone and the server. With the databaserunning on the server as the core, make phone-side and server-side access to the database. Thedesign is mainly about MVC pattern. Spring, WebWork and Hibernate framework, which isan enterprise-class application framework, is used to the maintenance of server. The designsolves data maintenance workload problems and improves the efficiency of the overalloperation of the platform.
