At present, our country data storage and management system development lagsbehind, to develop a system consist of the receive and process of meteorological data,the storage and management of data, the service of data retrieval, the share managementof meteorological data, the monitor of meteorological service is imperative.By using FLEX, EJB and IBATIS technology implement a complete sharingplatform of meteorological information system which by the development mode ofMVC. This paper mainly analyse how to design and implementation of the subsystem ofhome page, the management subsystem of user and authority, the managementsubsystem of website content, the subsystem of log inquires, the subsystem of datascanning, the subsystem of data decoding. In fully grasping the system function and thefunctional needs of the premise, to develop a system which has good maintainabilityand extensibility. And the excellent interactive will let user have more good experience.From the research and development of this system, it can be see that through theBLAZEDS as a communication bridge, the communication of flex and java completelymeet the needs. By using EJB technology, let system has the ability of distributeddeployment and good portability. IBATIS is easy to learn, as a framework to interactiondatabase, by its flexible realization, semi-automatization ORM mapping to write anefficient query is very good to meet the service ability of system data retrieval.From the system of test result, it can be seen that this system realize therequirement of meteorological information sharing completely and reliably. Theperformance and function can be achieved at the beginning of design requirements. TheInterface is atmosphere, the operation is friendly, the technology is advanced, thesystem can provide good meteorological service to various enterprises and institutionsand the public timely, accurately and comprehensively.
