The lithium-ion battery can work in a high voltage state, and higher than the energy,fast charge and discharge, long life, more and more widely used, especially in electricvehicles have better prospects. The working conditions of the electrochemical systemimpedance for all aspects of the performance of lithium-ion batteries are lithium-ionbattery, capacity, power, safety and reliability, to study the characteristics and changesof the impedance spectra of the lithium-ion battery, for battery design and managementto provide the better reference.As the impedance characteristics of the important characteristics of the batteryparameters, important parameters to reflect the battery running status and battery life isthe main symbol of the ease of transmission of to measure the electrode internaltransmission electron and ion. Battery production process, the constituent materials ofthe battery, the battery structure of the process affect the original impedance size, so thebattery impedance is an important parameter to measure of battery performance.In this paper, the test of the battery impedance spectroscopy study, the first analysisof the situation and impedance spectroscopy system development of electrochemicalstudies, then for AC impedance test methods theory analysis and design based on theVisual Studio system impedance spectroscopy test software.Test principle and test method of impedance spectroscopy, select the AC methodtested by applying the alternating current impedance method for testing; impedancespectroscopy software functions and requirements for the function of the systemperformance indicators, according toworkflow system bus control processes and DSPsoftware development process, the final analysis of the impedance of the test process;Describes the system software and hardware overall structure, a detaileddescription of the software system architecture, functionality and data flow, and medianand lower machine software flow diagram design. Provides a summary of several partsof the overall design of the hardware. Detailed description of the communicationstructure of the system design, and pass under and command and data upload dataformat has been described. Impedance spectroscopy software features introduced to the request, the workflowsystem bus control processes and DSP software development process introduced for thefunction of the system performance indicators; details the function of each module inthe system impedance spectroscopyintroduces the basic user management module,process management module design and implementation, and achieve, and impedancespectroscopy test module design and implementation of the various functional modules,and communications modules are described in detail.
