The Application Of The Software Development Process In The CRM

The construction of information system in Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen AutomobileLimited (DPCA) has experienced the POMS (1992-2000, Planning of organization andmanagement system) and the computer Guidelines stage (2001-2007).2008began toturn the computer medium-term plan (2008-2010) stage. More than15informationsystems applied in the business field, these systems were created in different historicalperiods in the company’s development process, relatively independent, customerinformation distributed in each system without a unified customer relationshipmanagement (CRM) system. This negative factor, to some extent, restricted the field ofmarketing, business development and improvement.At present, software engineering has gradually developed into a matureprofessional disciplines, it helps the development of the software industry. According tothe operational characteristics of the DPCA and business philosophy, combined with thesoftware development process and tools to build a CRM system to meet thedevelopment needs has become a practical issue.This paper described the application of the software development process in theCRM system integration projects. Under the guidance of the software developmentprocess, this paper described the project research, feasibility studies, selection, programdesign, system design, coding and testing process, which further demonstrated thesoftware development process played an important role in modern large-scale enterpriseinformation. The main contributions of this paper are:1) With the relevant tools and techniques of the software development process, adetailed study of CRM-based model in the field of automotive industry, are discussed inthe software development process in the automotive industry CRM system, from apractical point of view that the software development process value;2) The business of the automotive industry CRM system data model and analysismodel, in the CRM business on the basis of the study demonstrated the the DPCAcustomer relationship management system, a series of technical and business innovation:the SOA to achieve single sign-on implementation, combined with GPS,3G communication, CallCerten achieve Telematics;3) Based on DPCA CRM system project, we made a deep study on the CRMplatform, summed up the key technologies in building automotive industry CRMsystem.
