Therefore, proceed from the needs analysis, the function of the system, the structure of the database, the input and output interface, the system and the user’s interaction analysis, proposed system with the industry characteristics of network behavior management system framework, function modules and solutions and JAVA and NET program design language developed software. The system is divided into four parts, hardware platform, data center, DHCP server, supporting platform composed with user management, terminal management, access control, IP/MAC management, query statistics module, network behavior management as well as registration binding certification, to meet the high security requirements of the radio and television industry.
