Based on single-chip and its interface technology, barcode technology, field bustechnology and serial communication technology,this article designeda fuel terminal barcode identification system which can be applied to the complex workenvironment.The system consists of the main part of the bar code identification system and theconversion module. They use the C8051F MCU with high-speed instruction processingcapability of the mixed-signal system-level of American silabs company as the mastercontroller. The main part of the bar code identification system uses the C8051F020, andthe conversion module uses a C8051F320with USB interface function. Both of themprovide a guarantee for the stable operation of the system. The system uses acost-effective bar code recognition technology, which avoid the problems astime-consuming and error-prone by the manual input, can be quickly and easily for useridentification.Choosing the multi-master CAN bus completes multi-machinecommunication, which can make anti-jamming capability strong and prevent paralysisof the system result from a single node failure. Human-computer interaction function isrealized by the128×64dot matrix Chinese LCD graphic display module andthe4×4matrix keyboard. The CAN-USB conversion module is used for protocol conversion and the communication between barcode identification system and the computer,so that the computer can manage the entire fuel system.In this paper, bar code technology and CAN bus technology is appliedto identification system of the refueling equipment, using of goodman-machine interface realizes the process of rapid recognition by scanning the barcode. The System has good reliability, fast data transfer, easy management, meetthe general industrial production needs of oil filling stations. Slightly modify can makeit used in a similar environment of identification.
