The Design And Implementation Of Traffic Construction Engineering Database Management System For Coastal Zone

Construction Engineering Experts Database’s main function is to provide advice and service for decision-making. In order to do a further improvement of the construction engineering quality testing management system, improve the detection supervision and management ability and make sure the quality of inspection work. The Littoral Region Traffic Bureau establish a traffic construction engineering experts database. The main task is to undertake or participate in testing management activities of the littoral region, like quality inspection institutions supervision and inspection and business assessment, qualification assessment, etc, and provide intellectual support and technical support for the detection and management of the littoral region.In this paper, the UML standard modeling language is used to describe the design and implementation process of the traffic construction engineering experts database management system of the littoral region. This article firstly describes the development background of the system and the main technology, and then conducts overview on the system requirements according to demanded research, analysis the system role, uses UML use cases analysis way to do use cases analysis of the system functions and describes non-functional requirements of system; secondly introduces the system technology structure and functional structure, and describes the detailed design of the parts of the system function with static model structure and dynamic timing diagram; thirdly describes the system data model by E_R diagram and introduces the structural design of part of the system database table; finally shows the parts of the system functionality and implementation code and describes the implementation process of part of the system functions and gets a summary of the present work.The system uses B/S architecture, SSH framework design and implementation technology and SQL Server2005as the database server to realize the tender function module management,the supervisor function module management,the expert function module management and the system administrator function module management; and specifically realize the tender project provided information, the examined and approved project inquiries and administrator project information provided by the examination and approval; realize supervisory supervisor management and technical supervisor management; realize supervisory supervisor extraction, technical supervisor extraction, provincial experts extraction, ministry experts extraction and the management of experts determined; realize functions of experts personal appeal, on-line leave expert application and expert personal information management, etc. Providing an electronic platform for the traffic construction engineering experts database of the littoral region.The traffic construction engineering experts database management system of the littoral region improve the efficiency of the traffic construction engineering experts database management. It is of great significance to further enhance the level of the traffic construction engineering safety and quality management, and promote the sound and rapid development of the Littoral Region Traffic Construction.
