Power Supply is the operative energy source of electronic devices. Power reliability and security is a crucial guarantee for the electronic equipment. In the field of Flat Knitting Machine Control, a corporation which can produce low-cost power supply system with stable performance, simple structure will have a favorable position in the competitive market. This dissertation mainly discusses the design of power supply system of Flat Knitting Machine Control System in three aspects:reducing swiching power supply’s size, weight and cost, ensuring its efficiency.In this paper, a brief introduction and analysis of the principle of swithing power supply and control is presented. And then, based on comparison of various DC-DC structure complexity and its application scope, the paper designs two power supply module (50W flyback two output and350W forward single output) to meet the needs of Flat Knitting Machine Control System. Starting from the design of the flyback switching power supply module, the dissertation first introduces its working process. The paper also accomplishes the design of circuit element parameters, control circuit, detecting circuit, feedback circuit. Moreover, the paper introduces the principle of forward switching power supply and designs the voltage doubler circuit, power MOSFET, transformer parameters, PCB in detail. Considering reserverd space, size and cost of Flat Knitting Machine Control System, the PFC circuit design is not taken into consideration. For the purpose of updating power supply system and improving utilization of power, a follow-up reference aiming at solving PF value problem is analyzed. Furthermore, the paper discusses the EMC (electromagnetic compatibility), analyze the reasons of EMI (electromagnetic interference) and the solution to restrain EMI. Finally, the dissertation introduces the principle of EMI filter and put forward a two level hybrid EMI filter in order to make the EMI filter to achieve better.Based on the simulation and experimental results, the proposed power supply system enhances the practicality, and relatively reduces the size and cost of the power supply system designed before.
