| Finish mill group of modern hot rolling has a main workingmode: constant loop height and tension-rolling, while in the course of rollingwith all kinds of outer disturbance and dynamic bite dropped steel, it isdifficult to maintain an equal seconds flow between all racks. The loopsupport is thus needed to check and absorb the loop height caused by speedvariation changes to ensure normal running of the finish mill group of hotrolling.This article makes a detailed study of loop height and tensionmultivariable system based on1700ASP. The main research contents andoutcomes are as follows:Firstly, on the basis of the analysis of features of close couple, nonlinear,and many restraints of loop system, we set up a loop tension system and theengineering mathematics models of highly system respectively in order to getthe transfer function of loop system, and make it discretized, and then finallyestablished the basis of decoupling algorithm from below.Secondly, aiming at the created mathematical model, we conducted theresearch and simulation of general PID decoupling control, whose resultsshowed its wonderful decoupling control effects, but it also represent a badanti-jamming capability. Therefore, we also put forward diagonal recurrentneural network (DRNN) and general PID compound decoupling control, andapply them into the decoupling control of loop height and tensionmultivariable system. The results showed that the composite algorismdecoupling response speed and anti-jamming capability is obviously superiorto general PID decoupling control effects.Finally we made analysis and research towards the features---rangeastringency of initial stage and no consideration of interlink of neuronsaiming at DRNN-PID compound decoupling control algolithm, and we putforward a modified compound decoupling control policy of standardRecurrent Neural Network (QDRNN-PID). Great success is applied in theloop height and tension multivariable system, the simulation indicates that the control algolithm has made up the defects of DRNN-PID and improvedthe fast astringency and anti-jamming capability with anotable effects ondecoupling control. |
