Study On The Key System Construction Of Network Security Status Perception Data Warehouse

As the network scale expansion and the network structure of the increasingly complex, there are the network security vulnerabilities. The complexity and a large number of potential risks of Internet network promoted the network security management urgent demand and broad prospects for development, and also laid the network security situation awareness of an important position. Faced with the massive, highly distributed of complex Internet and large-scale, distributional and complicated of the invasion tools, the establishment of network security situation awareness system to guarantee the network security has important practical significance.Because the traditional database emphasize their daily business process, and generally cannot be used in complex analysis of processing, so it can’t meet the requirements of the management personnel decision analysis. So this paper will establishment the network security situation awareness system by introducing data warehouse and OLAP technology, using the data management functionality of data warehouse and multidimensional data model analysis ability of OLAP to discovery and analysis potential risk in the network.The paper aims at building a network security situation awareness system, using data warehouse technology to build a network safety data warehouse, and data warehouse of the key technology related, such ETL and OLAP, to design a data warehouse management system of the network security situation awareness, which can provide basic data support. Therefore, in the network security situation awareness system, data warehouse, ETL system and OLAP system are the basic of network security situation assessment, are also the focus of this paper.The main contributions of this paper are as follow:first of all, in the basis of network security situation awareness research, determine a network security situation awareness system framework based on the data warehouse. Second, according to the data warehouse design model, the paper builds the system structure, conceptual model, logical model and a physical model of the data warehouse. Third, construct ETL system, which is cross-platform, general, not with specific database system integration. The system will finish the original safety data migration to the data warehouse pretreatment process. Fourth, Constructing OLAP system, which realizes visualization display of multi-dimensional data set in the data warehouse.
