In this paper, it carries out a comprehensive analysis about thecurrent status of network security. After researching existing technologiesof network security, it puts forward the concept of "Management Platformof Network Security of Yuhua District Public Security Sub-bureau ". TheManagement Platform of Network Security of Yuhua District PublicSecurity Sub-bureau is a security incident management and emergencyresponse system developed for ensuing the network security of YuhuaDistrict Public Security Sub-bureau. After the completion of the first termof the project, according to the present situation of China’s networksecurity, it also develops new security incident management system andnew emergency response system, enlarging the application range of thesystem.This paper carries out a requirement analysis about the networksecurity management platform system and a series of designs ofsystematic functions, specially from aspects of performance, function andflexibility. To realize stability and simplicity of the system as well asconvenience for extension and maintenance, it divides the systematicdesigns into two parts: the data acquisition subsystem and the dataapplication subsystem. With the platform, users can get the control ofoverall network security situation and carry out the network managementtimely and effectively. The security incident acquisition subsystem iscomposed of three modules, namely security incident acquisition, securityincident cache and security incident storage. This subsystem can easily admit firewall events, virus incidents and terminal events into database.The system mainly adopts the design of CS framework, with relativelystable performance. The data application subsystem is mainly used ininteraction with users and comprehensive display and unifiedmanagement of information acquired by the security incident acquisitionsubsystem. The system mainly adopts the design of BS framework, whichmakes the operation more convenient, simpler and easier to be masteredby users.In this paper, it carries forward a detailed research aiming atbuilding data application subsystem. The data application subsystembelongs to Web system. The data application subsystem, used in thisnetwork security management platform, adopts the MVC model. Duringthe development process, it uses the Struts. The system can be dividedinto three parts, namely model, view and controller, which enhances thereusability of codes and improves the scalability of the system. Thebusiness core is to further abstract and package all business logics thoughdata-access target DAO mode. It creates the persistence layer withHibernate.In this paper, it makes a careful research of the classification of thedata application subsystem. It forms a universal development mode ofWeb system, e.g. dividing the system into four layers: the presentationlayer controlled by the StrutS, the business logic layer with user-orientedJava, the data persistence layer controlled by Hibernate and the databaselayer. Facts prove that this model can effectively improve the efficiencyof systematic development, shorten the development cycle, enhance thestability of the system and reduce its design difficulty greatly, thushelping to reduce the cost of maintenance in later stage.In addition to the review of network security in the past, it alsosummarizes the current conditions of network security and proposes future development of the network security platform system.
