Research And Implementation:a Mashup Intelligent Question-Answering System

Under the mode of self-reliant learning in network, students can also search for some extra-curricular learning resources by themselves or learn by the interaction between teachers and students. Moreover, question-answering is a significant form for the interaction between students and teachers, which is also an important means to supporting students’ self-reliant learning. Therefore, it is the focus and heat issue in current academic study to build intelligent question-answering system in the E-learning environment.This paper firstly illustrates the investigations into college students’demand for Q&A information, such as the demand for Q&A content, means, barriers and so on. Next, according to the software engineering approach, the author analyzes the functional and performance requirements for the system. Then, by using Mashup technology, the author designs an intelligent question-answering system integrating wide spread of network resources, which can realize the function of answering some exercises answer, term explanation, and so on. Moreover, this system can also achieve real-time Q&A, interaction and sharing resources. Therefore, this system not only greatly reduces the workload of teachers’question-answering, but also meets the personalized demand of college students question-answering, thus improving their learning efficiency.Finally, the author performs a trial test to the system. Surveys have shown that the thoughts and plan of the design is reasonable, which has a practical influence on the assistance to teachers’question-answering.
