The networked control system is an emerging discipline which along with the control technology, the network communication as well as the computer technology development, which is feedback control system wherein the control loops are closed through a control network. In this thesis, we model and analysis the long time-delay control systems based on Lyapunov stability theory. And we also consider the stability of long time-delay network control system with packet dropout and packet disordering. As the reason of networked control system with long time-delay, perturbation, and other effects on the controllers which could make controller gain have uncertain disturbances, this paper also discusses non-fragile control of the long time-delay networked control system.Firstly, based on time-delay switch system model, the influence of long time-delay is viewed as time-varying parameter uncertainties. The uncertainly parameters model of networked control system with long time-delay is set up. The existing conditions of asymptotic stability of networked control system are presented by Lyapunov stability of networked control systems.Secondly, we also consider the modeling and stability analysis of the long delay network control system with the time-delay, packet dropout and packet disordering. Based on Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequality approach, We have got a stability condition of long time-delay control system with packet dropout and packet disordering, and then, through the LMI toolbox in Matlab software and verify the simulation results we obtained effectiveness of the theorem.Thirdly, in this thesis, we present the analysis of non-fragile control of long time-delay network control systems with the disturbance on the controller gain, and then give the sufficient condition and the controller design method based on the existence of additive uncertainties and multiplicative uncertainties controller gain perturbations of non-fragile guaranteed cost controller. Further more, we discuss the optimization problem under the premise of solving the existing sub-optimal non-fragile control law.Finally, we summarize the main research methods that used in this article, meanwhile, we propose some prospections to the unresolved problems in networked control systems with long time-delay. The drawback existing in this article and the possible improvement directions are pointed out simultaneously.
