With the rapid social development, science and technology achieve unprecedented development and tremendous achievement, especially the rapid development in the field of computers and control contributes to the formation, development and application of networked control system. The networked control system is through the real-time networked constitution closed loop feedback control system, now it becomes a new research direction in domestic and abroad academic circles and at the same time it is an intersecting science between the field of control and communication, it makes a big progress in recent years. The networked control system has many advantages, such as the shared resources of information,reduced system wiring,convenience of system extending and maintenance,higher reliability and flexibility, and so on, but it exists many problems such as the time-delay, packet dropout and out-of-order and so on, because the data transmits through the net. The paper, based on the existence of network delay and packet dropout, researches the stability of a class of networked control systems with long time delay and packet dropout is studied.Firstly, this paper introduces the computer technology,development of control systems, the definition development and the classical structure of networked control systems; Analyzes the advantages and the problems existing in networked control systems; introduce the research status at home and abroad, which has contributed significance to the next study of networked control systems.Secondly, the paper analyzes the phenomenon of packet dropout,not dropout, the models are built under the conditions of short-time delay and long-time delay, because the controller takes different driving way of events and time.Thirdly, the paper analyzes and researches networked control systems of simultaneous short-time delay and long-time delay that have date packet dropout at the same time. The system is modeled as an asynchronous dynamical system constrained by configuration event rates and the sufficient condition of exponential stability for the system is presented. For the problem of the guaranteed cost control of long-time delay network control systems, the sufficient conditions are given in two ways under the allowance of the time delay. System simulations are used to verify correctness of the result separately and the system guaranteed cost feedback control law as well as the upper bound performance target is obtainedAt last the paper sums up the task, analyzes and prospects the next research.
