In recent years, with the deepening of the radar simulation system and continuousdevelopment of computer technology, traditional radar simulation system design can nolonger meet the current system, because of the increasing size and increasingcomplexity of structure and function continue to strong demand. Components of radarsimulation software design patterns have become the trend of future development.This paper presents the components of the radar simulation system software design,divided into three-tier structure: the system level, the functional layer and matrix layer.System layer is divided according to different roles to interact with the users, andestablishing a uniform component interface standard for data transmission. Functionallayer is divided according to the different functions of the radar subsystem for differentmodels, including the transmitter components, the echo of analog components, theantenna components, receiver components, signal processing components, dataprocessing components, the noise components, the clutter components, the interferencecomponents and assisted components. The components are designed by COM standardand developed by C++code. The matrix layer is designed and developed in the form ofa DLL dynamic link library, including signal processing functions, mathematicalfunctions, logical operations, functions, and so on. Finally, by a two-coordinate systemof designing, modeling, display, evaluating and replaying to verify the simulationcapabilities of the entire system.
