The target identification technique is applied more widely in the national economy, space technique, national defense and other filed. This paper designs and realizes some modules of a target identification algorithm platform which can verify and optimize all kinds of algorithm, and it has some practical significance to these kinds of algorithm.This paper uses the target identification algorithm platform as the background, and completes software design of the parameter setting and algorithm library management according to system demand and design. The paper first uses the modeling language UML to analysis the functional demand and builds the software’s static and dynamic models. And then it completes the establishment and management of the test object, test condition parameter settings, work parameter of the data collecting equipment. It also designs and realizes the algorithm library, which encapsulates some algorithms to the algorithm parts and then combined them in some order into algorithm proto for data processing. All of these test parameters and algorithm library information is managed by SQL Server database. At last it tests each functional module and verifies the effectiveness and correctness of the platform design plan.
