With the popularity of digital electronic technology, digital circuit is using inmore and more areas. In the field of broadcasting, digital signal also gradually replacethe traditional analog signal.For auto-monitor and auto-option of audio signal ofbroadcast transmitter, the system design approach based on BF531that real themonitor and option of digital audio signal is presented,so that workers can avoidworking on duty in the machine room. The system will be well applicated in future.First, this paper introduced the Digital broadcasting history and development, aswell as the mission of monitoring. Secondly, it gives that Introduced the audio signalinterface technology, audio transmission, and so on the basis of relevant theories.Andthen it also gives the software and hardware functions of every part in detail. Thesystem of multi-channel digital audio monitoring and access control is designed in thispaper, and its function is achieved mainly by two modules: module of audio signalacquisition and processing; module of control and communication. The task of firstmodule is to decode the input signal and monitor the signal quality, and also utilizeautomatic switching program to switch signal in order to satisfy the standard. Thesecond module is responsible for communicating with the first module and interactingwith the host computer through ethernet port that utilize TCP/IP network technologyand network communication program based on VDK.It is the bridge between the firstmodule and the host computer. Finally, this system had a good performance andsatisfied the requirement after the test.
