Ultra-wideband technology in the proximity fuse is only the end of the twentiethcentury has just begun. Compared with the other system, it has a fixed pitch and highprecision, strong anti-jamming capability and ability to penetrate low power con-sumption. Countries compete to study the development of this new type of active nearthe sense of fuse. It has extensive application prospects.This paper introduces the research background of ultra-wideband technology, aswell as domestic and international research position of the ultra-wideband impulse fuse;According to the propagation characteristics, the impulse signal waveform is set, andthe signal transmitted to the receiving process related to air, soil, vegetation thescattering characteristics of the simulation; Impulse signal characteristics, taking intoaccount of the use of conventional sampling methods, the amount of data and samplingrate must be very large, thus the impulse for UWB signal characteristics and the missilebody motion characteristics fuse ground echo signal reception and pulse accumulationmethod; Accounting different surface conditions and impulse pulse transmission andscattering properties, two methods of the measurement of the height of bomb-groundare used; According to the preliminary stage of the preparation and come up with asuitable interference suppression methods, numerical simulation results confirm thevalidity of the methods.
