| As developed basic electronic components, positive temperature coefficient resistance elements have been used in varies of fields in electronic industry. In these devices, BaTiO3series have a larger manufacture scale with some significant problems in producing process. Thus, research on this has a high value in theory and practice. The effection of various additives on the components’room-temperature resistivity in the PTCR manufacturing process, the reduction in resistance of components with electrode by certain heat treatment process and improvement of producing techniques have been discussed in this dissertation. In detail, in the side of the effect of additives on the performance, by choosing the liquid form of Mn, we selected Y, Mn, Ag, Cl for a series orthogonal experiments, then reduced the room-temperature resistivity of components(13.57Ω·cm). In the side of reduction in resistance of components with electrode by certain heat treatment process, significantly lower room-temperature resistivity of components has been reached by the use of various reagents. In the side of improvement of producing techniques, better sintering heating rate and holding time have been confirmed. |
