Design And Realization Of Handset Application Based On BUIW Mechnism

Mobile phones have become one of the essential tools in our daily life. With the rapid development of science and technology, the users’ requirements on mobile phone have become more sophisticated, while the development cycle of traditional mobile phone application is long, difficult and less portable.The project based on Qualcomm’s brew platform extends the BREW interface, packages and extends BUIW functions, and provides a very good solution to the above problems.This thesis expounds the background and the significance of the research, through analyzing the impact of the BREW platform at home and abroad, it further illustrates the position and role of the BREW platform in the mobile system development market. Then the system structure of the brew, work mechanism, the characteristic and basic architecture process of the BUIW mechanism are introduced, the advantage of BUIW mechanism is presented in this paper. On this foundation, the key technique and realization of the calendar based on the BUIW mechanism are illustrated, including system design, demand analysis, preliminary design, detailed design, UI design and so on.Finally, the modules designed have been tested thoroughly, the problems in the development process have been summed up and the direction of WCDMA handset development is discussed in this thesis. The design scheme based on the BUIW mechanism has been applied to practical WCDMA mobile phone system successfully and has achieved good result.
