The dissertation is on the research of liquid glass auto-lapping machine, which isthe key equipment of middle-large size TFT-LCD glass cleaning and lapping procedure.The research based on liquid glass manufacturing techniques, compared varietyimplementing skills of lapping machine software and hareware control system.Beginning with operation principle of lapping machine, integrating technologicalparameters, choosing suitable vision-based industrial hardware control system,adopting object-oriented Visual Basic language, combining information processingability of industrial control machine and motion controlling ability of controlling board,enhancing the readability, reliability and maintainability. According to projectrequirement, applying auto-positioning system, giving out standardized method andworkflow. At the same time, taking quadratic cure fitting technology to specify optimallapping route, which achieves a linkage of from the upper to lower lapping plate,ensures the flatness and roughness of the surface after grinding.The dissertation checks the system by experimental verification. Through thestudies of the dissertation, the first lapping equipment for4.5-Generation line panel inChina has been manufactured. |
