Automatic Verification System Of Liquid-in-Glass Thermometers For Working

The liquid-in-glass thermometer has the advantages of high temperature measurement accuracy,convenient carrying,and no external power supply,and is widely used in chemical,smelting and other working occasions.Therefore,the verification of the thermometer is also very important.At present,the verification of glass liquid thermometers is still based on manual verification,and there are certain problems in efficiency and accuracy.This paper designs a set of automatic verification system for liquid-in-glass thermometers.The main research contents include:1.Design and build a set of glass liquid thermometer automatic verification device.According to the shape and material characteristics of the glass liquid thermometer,a mechanical mechanism such as a thermometer rotating loading mechanism,a thermometer clamping mechanism,and an image collecting mechanism was designed,and through the experimental analysis,the parts are processed and assembled.The designed hardware circuit system is combined to complete the construction of the entire verification device.2.Identification of thermometers using image processing and convolutional neural networks.First,image preprocessing operations such as grayscale and noise reduction are performed on the image.Then use the image morphology processing method such as corrosion expansion to extract the liquid column and the calibration line to complete thermometer reading point positioning and determine the relationship between the liquid column and the scale line.Finally,the method of convolutional neural network is used to identify the thermometer number.Combine character recognition results with scale recognition results to obtain the thermometer value.3.Verification system software platform construction.Design the PC software and verification information query management software to realize the control of the verification system and the verification record upload,query and management operations.The system designed in this paper,through repeated debugging and experiments,shows that the verification process of the verification system meets the requirements of the national verification regulations,and the automatic verification is realized.
