Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Instant Messaging System

With the further development of network communication technology andcomputer technology, enterprise instant messaging has been a requirement of on-lineactivities. The enterprise instant messaging system is highlighted in the field of Internetapplication research. It promoted the information communication quickly andefficiently in enterprise with the generation and maturation of the enterprise instantmessaging systems. The enterprise instant messaging systems promoted theemployee’s productivity improving, reduced the capital and the cost of themanagement of the enterprise, and at the same time, the EIM made the new ideas andthe new method of the enterprise management.This article draws on the basic experience of the domestic and foreign enterprisesinstant messaging system design, on the base of the deep analysis of existing enterpriseinstant messaging system, to satisfy the need of the communication and documentinformation delivery between departments and staff in current enterprises within theenterprise local area network, by using object-oriented programming language todevelop the internal communication system for users in enterprise-level.In this study, the design and implement of tax corporate internal instant systemwas took as the core, Communications systems within the enterprise development anddesign process using the object oriented technology, the comprehensive and uniquemethod was integrated to the designing and implementing of the system architecture, apowerful development platform Eclipse integrated development tool to study theinternal LAN-based communications system architecture, database and application Tobind together, saving the cost of the system to enhance the security of the system. Theissues takes full advantage of the results of computer network technology, deeplyresearches the database technology and use the Java Swing and Java DB, using theinternal network opens up a communication channel enterprise management, enterpriseinternal communication, information exchange Convenient delivery and corporateannouncements. In view of the statue that the enterprise instant communication systemmainly executing in the local area network, the data transmission and arbitrage wordsbased on the protocol UDP was applied to realizing the communication betweendifferent host computer.According to their specific operating environment and functional requirements,this paper developed internal communication system, choose the appropriatearchitecture, the design of the reasonable and logical design and database design,application and database implemented a bundle of development, achieving Cross-platform operating system and the real-time communication within the LAN.
