The Research Of Knowledge Management Applied In Topic Selection Of Publishing Enterprise

Topic selection is an important and basic work for the modern enterprise management. With the social development, it is necessary to improve the quality and efficiency of the topic selection by organizing, using and managing the relative knowledge about topic selection. On the basis of analyzing for the status and the defects of the domestic topic selection in publishing area, aiming at its characteristics such as heavy difficulty of topic selection, too many influencing factors, and especially its great experience-dependence and predictability, this thesis presents a solution to construct the knowledge management system for topic selection decision.The following are the main issues addressed by this thesis:1) The framework design of the knowledge management system for topic selection decision. On the basis of the theory of decision supported system and intelligent reasoning, according to the characteristic of the topic selection decision and analyzing the flow of topic selection, the system framework is designed.2) Design and implementation of the data source of the system. The topic selection information base, topic selection model base and topic selection case base are designed to achieve effective maintenance and management. The models are divided into two levels, included by two forms and devoted by three-level frame structure, the feature information modeling can adapt to decision-maker’s decision and judgment style. As the same time, in order to achieve the expansibility of topic selection case’s type and information, topic selection case is devoted by three-level frame structure, just like topic selection model.3) Design and implementation strategies of topic selection reasoning decision. Reasoning decision strategies of topic selection is one of focus of this thesis. Aiming at the characteristic of the topic selection in publishing area that emphasizes forecasting and using of experience and knowledge, CBR is adopted to achieve high-efficiency and intelligence of system, and fuzzy set-based retrieve algorithm is applied4) Development and implement of the topic selection knowledge management prototype system. The development and implement of prototype system is generally completed, its application must improve the correction and efficiency of the topic selection decision, and the knowledge about topic selection will be more effectively managed and applied.
