With the development of computer networks, digital living room technologies on a global scale rapid development. The digital television broadcast system is developed in this context, the family living room. The people not only television system capable of playing HD video, but also expect the interface more attractive, the operation is more humane. How to design consumer satisfaction with television system is an important research topic.The paper first clarifies the advantages and disadvantages of market television, and then discusses the Mips kernel Soc-based digital television broadcasting system hardware platform, the platform software development process and its major components. Then analyzed in achieving the OpenVG protocol stack, the system how to divide the hardware and software features, hardware and software, specifically, how to achieve; how to use the OpenVG QtEmbedded by EGL. Focused on the implementation and use of the difficulty of the the OpenVG protocol stack and the solution. Finally, for the television system needs to support multi-output interface, difficult to manage the problems caused by the multi-resolution, discusses how the system through the output device automatically switch mechanism to solve this problem, and specify the automatic switching mechanism the key steps.This paper develops a new TV play based on the Linux operating system, QtEmbedded the GUI, the OpenVG protocol stack, dynamic device plug management mechanism system. After testing, system interface, easy to operate, has good scalability, maintenance and stability, with some engineering value in use.
