Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of industry, the output of the steel enterprise continues expanding. Nowadays the steel output of China is increased to700million tons. Formerly the steel enterprises just pay attention to the general performance of their products. But now the companies are paying attention to the durability,the reliability,the security, the maintainability and the economical efficiency.The quality statistic process control system (SPC) collects the data of detection. And it monitors the inspection process of various factors. The system analyse the cases of the steel detective collection. When the system gets the data, it can estimate the situation of the factors in the products. It’s so important that department of qulity in the steel company can control the qulity and take action to clear up the imperfection. Wi th the help of the system, the process of manufacturing can be controlled carefully. Meanwhile, the quality of produces can be increased.The Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) provides a method of network connecting central. It is a necessary element of enterprise control system. ESB is an integration of the traditional middleware technology, the XML and the Web service technology. ESB has changed the traditional software architecture. It has complex data transmission ability. Meanwhile it can provide a series of standard interface to coordinate different server application, data and the business.Firstly this thesis introduces the related concepts of quality of statistical process control and development present situation in Baosteel Company. And the ESB framework has be introduced, including service virtualization, service support, the integration of ESBsage, the network gate etc. Then aiming at the the situation of the metallurgical industry in our country, the basic design of the process quality control system has been maked. It includes the requirement analysis, system architecture design, business process analysis, etc. Among them, in order to get better requirement analysis, designers go to the laboratoryies of11different assignments sections of Baosteel Company to make the investigations of their transformations of the feasibility and method. In the system architecture design, mainly use the Tuxedo bus structure to design all the laboratorys of the company.As the data flow has been designed, the communication protocol of the systems has been analysed. And according to the requirements of multiple labs information sharing, the optimization scheme of the data transmission and the process sharing has been designed. Based on the totally design, it has maked the detailed design of the system. It includes the design and method of ESBsage Broke, XCOM Handler components, service call application and network design, etc. In the data interface design, the interface bus of ESB has been used. The data communication framework connect the11different labs (L2), different kinds of test equipments (L1), and test center (L3) so that the data can be shared and exchanged. At the same time the error resistance system has been designed to guarantee the stability and security of the system operation.Wih the implementation of the quality control system Based on ESB, the Baosteel Company has improve the quality testing abil ity of management greatly. And the enterprise production and testing efficiency has also increased. The system provides a guarantee of the quality of the products of the steel company.
