High voltage DC power supply is a kind of power products which is widely used in the industrial production, medical diagnosis and cure, national security, scientific research and some other fields. The main purpose is to provide for the generation of X-ray with high-voltage electric field. Namely, it accelerated the electronic which launched by the ray tube.The electronic turned into the high-energy electron flow hit on the metal target and the X-ray comes out then. Though, the high power supply can be used in many fields. With the rapid development of modern control technology,computer technology and network technology, the performance of the high-voltage DC power supply needs the higher requirement and development.The main content of this subject contains the design of industrial X-ray discharge voltage DC power supply which export the negative voltage.The papers contains the basic principles of the full-bridge inverter circuit. The design use the TMS320F2812DSP as the core of the control to generate the PWM signal through the drive circuit to drive the full-bridge with the MOSFET. The output voltage of the DC inverter is square wave AC changed from DC and delivered to the transformer. Then by using the double rectifier, the voltage can be the negative high voltage DC. The control of the power system combine of the hardware and software, by adjust the duty cycle of the PWM signal with the digital PID feedback to change the voltage. The papers also includes the design of the transformer, theoretical analysis of the distribution and the communication circuit,protection circuit and other circuit in the main circuit. In this paper, the final design of the power supply system can provide the stable negative voltage from5KV to10KV, and the ripple factor is less than0.5%, and the efficiency of the power supply can be70%.
