With the rapid economic development of Chinese society, especially such as Beijing, the economic development of mega-cities, the public’s and private car ownership in the rapid increase. The number of cars has exceeded the carrying capacity of the traffic, resulting in congestion and tight parking spaces reality. To alleviate parking problems, various government agencies, commercial buildings, residential areas and other places have established a considerable amount of underground parking. However, the parking problem are not have a good solution because of the development of underground space. Although there are mature parking charge, parking guidance and video surveillance software, but they are non-integrated, to the use of the operator inconvenience.This Monitoring Software design of Underground parking Comprehensive Information can achieve the triple control of the traffic flow, parking space and parking position. Help parking managers to instantly view parking situation, real-time statistics out of the vehicle, auto-completiy guiding the driver to quickly find empty parking spaces and car parking video surveillance capabilities. The subject in the PC software uses Windows C#programming language, according to the charges, monitor and guide function is divided into three main directions. In the technically comprehensive utilization of RS232serial cable communication technologies and ZigBee WiFi wireless communication technology, combined with SqlService database, Web Service, Socket network programming technology. In the parking management software interface, it realizes status display parking spaces and parking video surveillance of the three integrated display module, triple cross management of traffic, parking, and surveillance.In this thesis, based on the current application and technical background, to the actual underground parking management needs of the various functions of the software and hardware platforms have analysis and reconstruction. Next, grouped into functional guidance, change, monitoring three directions described in detail portions of the software, to achieve functional programming ideas and key technical difficulties. Finally, through the separately debugging and joint commissioning of each module verify the feasibility of the system design.
