E-mail is the exchange of information between people in the entire networksystem, the data sender and receiver are all human beings, great to meet thecommunication needs exist between people. E-mail integrated telephonecommunication and the characteristics of the postal letter, send it information as fastas the speed and telephone, but also the same as the letter to the recipient at thereceiving end to receive the written records. Whether in life or work, more and morepeople start using the e-mail. Postfix is a MTA (Mail Transport Agent) software. Postfixattempts to faster, easier to manage and more secure. Postfix server-based mailsystem, you can allow more people to a more intuitive feel of the convenience andsecurity for companies to reduce operation and maintenance costs.Designed corporate e-mail system based on Postfix platform multi-layer structure,the upper NEO framework for the upper and development of the Web interface. ThePostfix approximately100configuration parameters, these parameters can bespecified by the main.cf, and most of the parameters are set to the default value.JavaMail API is an optional, can be used to read, write and send the package ofelectronic messages, the JavaMail API’s designed to provide access to send andreceive information. NEO development framework for the presentation layer usingFreeMarker control layer using Struts2business logic layer SpringFramework, datapersistence layer using Spring JdbcTemplate. Increase in the NEO framework basedon a generic class (Bean management framework integration) Foundation Classes(BaseAction, BaseService, ExecuteResult) and tools (MapUtil, StringUtil, QueryUtil,PagingUtil), convenient for users and businesses to achieve functional requirements.The system in the communication process with the mail server using JavaMail APIprovides access to the design of the JavaMail API to send and receive information,integrated call SMTP, POP3, IMAP and NNTP protocol to send or receive mail, andreceived mail at the front desk output. Finally, the use of software engineering ideas,mail system, e-mail management, photo album, address book module needs analysisand system design, the design use case diagram and to achieve in Postfix platform on specific discussed.Upon completion of the system, query and deletion of the main features includemail account registration and login, mail receiving and sending e-mail, address bookmanagement, photo album management, log management, schedule management,are successfully pass the test, inpractical application to achieve better results. Thee-mail system for all types of organizations to rapidly deploy internal office systemwith some reference and reference.
