The Design And Implementation Of The Judicial Auction System

With the continuous improvement of the justice’s computer information system, the judicial auction’s computer information system should also be followed. Currently, there are many procedures of justice auction stay in the artificial stage. The undertaker who holds the case needs to transfer the case to the special department of the court manually. When the special department received the case and handled it, then would return the case to the undertaker of the case. It’s a waste of time, not only reduces the efficiency of handling the case, also waste the litigant of the case’s time. So, Tianjin judiciary department made a decision that the Tianjin’s judicial auction needs to use computer’s information technology step by step. So, how to respond to such needs, design a runnable, and can simultaneously achieve effective and open transparency of the judicial auction’s process is an urgent problem, and this was also what discussed in this paper.In this paper, we discussed the actual operation of the domestic judicial auction’s process, and combined the demand-side’s actual process of the operation. With the consideration of the demand side’s actual requirements and recommendations, I give the judicial auction system’s solutions.The Judicial auction system has six core functional modules:the case’s service module, the meeting’s service module, the determining institution’s module, institutional business modules, Notice module and live video module. This article discusses the module of the system’s requirements analysis, the system’s design and implementation, and the design and implementation of the system’s database. I also take the demand characteristics of the system and the modules’maintainability, scalability and reusability into consideration. By the research of nowadays’mainstream technology, I decide to use Spring and Struts integration framework to my project. The Judicial auction system wil involve a lot of front-end’s codes of javascript. So I’ll use the jQuery framework to service my system.The Judicial auction system uses the object-oriented thinking, and use the Spring framework to complete the separation of various application logic layer, to make the system has a good scalability, and can be fully able to use the scene for the future demands, and can also make the expansion of the system be better. The Judicial auction system can basically be used to almost every judicial auction. And also provides an alternative solution for the judicial auction system.
