Environmental Satellite (HJ-1A/B) is our self-developed domestic satellite, its successful launch and operation can be realized once every two days in most parts of China repeated observations, greatly easing the China on Earth Observation data shortage situation, improving the environment ecological changes, the ability to monitor natural disasters and development process. On Environmental Star CCD data quality evaluation studies, most generally referred to as the environment CCD Data comparative analysis with other satellite data; do not distinguish between A and B stars, rarely for the CCD1, and CCD2data on quality evaluation. Therefore, the quality objective evaluation and the difference of research and its applications between HJ-1A CCD1and CCD1data that are based on HJ-1A satellite data covering a wide repeated observations of the same advantages of the study area, is of great significance to further promote China-made remote sensing satellite data to be more widely used.In this study, by the five indicators radiation multispectral image evaluation are accuracy, information entropy, signal-to-noise ratio, sharpness and contrast to comparative analysis of the differences between the HJ-1A CCD1on April1,2012and on March31,2012HJ-1A CCD2of Water Town, Chuzhou, Anhui Lai’an wheat farmland protection areas; and selecting NDVI as part of its evaluation of the application, combined with the experimental wheat spectral data simulation of NDVI to study the differences.The results showed that HJ-1A CCD1,CCD2data is indeed differ slightly, the difference radiation accuracy is a little obvious, the rest of the index is a little difference, the overall difference is small, and it is match to the same design principle;there is difference to NDVI of HJ-1A CCD1, CCD2which can not be ignored in the timing studies. It is necessary to analysis the causes of the study to do spectrum normalized and do angle normalized.Based on the theory of spectral normalization method, calculating spectral response function impact factor on analog NDVI. and the spectral response function impact factor inversion to the image of HJ-1A CCD1, CCD2spectrum normalized. The results show that the spectral normalized, each band and the NDVI HJ-1A CCD1, CCD2of correlation has been significantly improved, and analog NDVI correlation has been significantly improved.Based on the angle of impact and angle normalization method, and the HJ-ACCD1, CCD2angle normalized to the ideal solar zenith angle as35°, sensor zenith angle of0and viewing geometry position of the relative azimuth of0°. Tostudy the HJ-1A CCD angle of impact and the applicability of the RM model, and the results show that the angle normalized between HJ-1A CCD1and HJ-1A CCD2can be corrected angle impact.
