| In recent years, with the worsening of the world’s energy crisis, andeffective improvement of the photovoltaic conversion efficiency, photovoltaicsolar energy has unprecedentedly developed as a new kind of green energy invarious countries, the capacity of photovoltaic solar power plants has alsodrastically grown. In cell production workshops of the photovoltaic industry, thevarious processes are completed by manual rewinding or semi-automaticrewinding, which is not only inefficient, but also pollute silicon chips or batteryslices and reduce the rate of finished products. With the substantial increase ofphotovoltaic capacity demand, higher product quality are required in thisindustry, so automatic rewinding machine with breakage detection function hasa broad market. Fully automatic rewinding machine market has been to themonopoly of foreign equipments, this dissertation is of great importance to thenationalization of fully automatic rewinding machines, to improve the level ofthe domestic photovoltaic manufacturing industry, and to reduce the cost ofprocurement of equipment of various photovoltaic plant.In this paper, the actual demand from battery workshop, explains thenecessity of the actual production of the rewinder, a detailed analysis of therewinder system technology needs battery workshop, so it has been the mainfunction modules of rewinding machine system, then all the hardware andsoftware are designed according to the function module.Electrical control system hardware design part of the rewinder to do theoverall design, rewinder system generally can be divided into: PLC control,servo motion control part, automatic basket exchange part, visual detection.According to the demands of engineering practice, the PLC made the selectionand comparison in program size, speed, I/O points and other aspects; thecalculation of servo motion control system, motor inertia, torque, rotationalspeed; comprehensive calculation to automatically change the basket systemdirect drive motor inertia; on the visual system of camera precision and speed, the focal length of the lens, the light source types were calculated and analysis.Finally, at the end of each day, respectively, completed the hardware selectionrewinder subsystems.The part of software design is divided into four parts: PLC part of theprogram to describe the logic control rewinder system technology; servo motioncontrol part introduces servo control through the CANLINK bus mode; visiondetection part of the visual system development software IVC Studiodevelopment environment, as well as the core of the algorithm and therealization of the program, finally obtained the detection results; the part of thehuman-computer interaction interface describes the use of Inotouchdevelopment of touch screen interface and using visual detection interface ofVisual Basic6development.Finally, this paper summarized, referred to this system still needs to beperfected. |
