Water conveyance with low-pressure pipeline, as an important new technology for water saving irrigation, with the water and land saved, less investment, high income, management convenient, and many other advantages, is gradually accepted by people and recognition in the production practice. Therefore, the research on the standardized construction of small electro-mechanical pipe irrigation district in Jiangsu province, will effectively contribute to the promotion of technology and has an important practical significance on the development of agricultural production.Based on the current situation of canal irrigation and drainage in the small electro-mechanical irrigation district of Jiangsu province, this paper puts forward eight layout modes in the field of the pipeline. And the (concrete pipe, plastic pipe) diameter is designed on the different partition, different area, different layout modes in the field of the pipeline. Pump selection and pipe diameter design results table, plastic pipe matching and investment estimation tables, concrete pipe matching and investment estimation tables in different partitions are set up for the inquiry and design.This paper determines the one thousand mu quota of the dark tube on different field layout modes in the "two dark one bright project" of the southern region, and designs the rural ditch drainage section in the "two dark one bright project"Through the study, this paper sums up that the small electro-mechanical irrigation pipe network being the Chinese Character "feng", and the irrigation and drainage interphase arrangement in the fields is the optimal project layout mode, and the project total investment is the least.Making use of this thesis theory research and combined with software of VISURAL FOXPRO, this paper developes the inquires and design system for the standardization of southern small electro-mechanical pipe irrigation district, and realizes the automation inquiry and design for the low pressure pipeline irrigation areas. This system has simple operation, friendly interface, fast running speed, and reasonable results, basically meeting the reservation requirements of the system.
