Based on thepart of the circuit simulation, giving the circuit simulation results and the measuredwaveform, proved that the stability of the hardware circuit. Ultrasonic transmission circuitmainly includes: high pressure module and discharge circuit. SCM is the main control unit,producing incentive pulse signal, the high pressure module produce dc high voltageproduce, producing high negative pulse signal, motivating ultrasonic transducer produceultrasonic signal. SCM control gain control circuit produce linear increase of voltage, andthe variable gain amplifier adjusted, realize programmable gain amplifier. With the timemeasuring chip sampling echo information, the data through the interface circuit to display,finally complete the corrosion on-line detection purpose.The circuit and software of pipeline ultrasonic corrosion detection system acquire agood incentive pulse and the ideal weak echo signal by experiment verification. It can readout the pipe wall thickness through the echo information. It has certain reference value ofpipeline corrosion online testing equipment research.
