Information and information technology is the basis of scientific management, it isimportant to use information technology to promote the aviation equipment maintenance inthe new era. According to the actuality of a enterprise helicopter maintenance management,the topic build a Helicopter Maintenance Management Information Systems Based On Webwhich is combined with the development of aviation maintenance industry and informationtechnology.At first, this paper describes the importance of information management in thecontemporary aviation maintenance industry. We compare the application of the domesticinformation management in aviation maintenance enterprise with the international, and pointout the urgency of building maintenance management information platform for a aviationmaintenance enterprise. Secondly, we describe the important technologies such as the SpringMVC framework, quality control charts and moving average line which have be used in thesystem. Then we point out deficiencies of the current equipment management and proposemeasures to improve it. According to the user’s needs we found the system modeling withUML. Finally, we have built the Helicopter Maintenance Management Information SystemsBased On Web, and such as Java language, J2EE development platform, SQL Server datamanagement systems, Spring MVC framework technology have been used. The process of thesystem’s design and implement, Spring MVC framework structure, database design aredescribed and discussed.The system is based on the progress of scientific aviation maintenance management,thenthe maintenance and sharing of the aviation maintenance resources has been true, and itprovide a reliable data analysis platform for the user optimizing the maintenance program, theefficiency of maintenance work and scientific management level is improved obviously, and itwill be a great reference for the grass-roots level aviation maintenance in the future.
