Optical fiber grating is one of the most rapid developments of optical fiber passivecomponents in last few years. Because it has many special advantages, and since it hasappeared, it has widespread application in optical fiber communication and optical fibersensing field. In optical fiber Bragg grating sensor technology, the signal demodulation isthe key. And so far the fiber Bragg grating sensor demodulation system is used mostly withadjustable optical fiber F-P filter demodulation method which is proposed by A.D.Kerseyand others in1993. The traditional tunable optical fiber F-P filter used the PZT as themicro displacement drive, and the filter driver voltage and wavelength change intononlinear relationship with PZT hysteresis effect and poor repeatability. F-P filter has goodtemperature stability, and high resolution wavelength, and it can change filter transmissionwavelength by changing the incident light. The characteristics of F-P filter can be used fortunable filter in optical fiber sensing system. The tunable filter has good stability, highprecision, low cost advantages. This thesis mainly discusses tunable optical filter based onF-P filter in optical fiber sensing system.This paper first chapter review the present situation of the filter on the basis ofliterature at home and abroad, and Proposes research of tunable optical filter based onF-P filtering; The second chapter analysis the optical theory of tunable optical filterbased on F-P filtering, and adopt a new filter structure, and eliminate polarizationinfluence; The third chapter discusses main scheme design of tunable filter controlsystem, and the selection of chips, and the motor control strategy; The fourth chaptermainly discusses the design and realization of tunable optical filter driver circuit; Thefifth chapter discusses the design ideas and realize process of software module oftunable filter; The sixth Chapter test tunable optical filter with demodulation principle ofoptical fiber sensing system; The seventh Chapter summarize the full text.
