The development of China Electronic Commerce appeared blowout in recent years, IDC (Internet Data Center) data shows that the Chinese netizens online shopping transaction volume reached7849.3billion yuan in2011, grew66%more than2010. Electronic commerce trade swift and violent development, drove business service industry’s rapid development, in2011China e-commerce services income reached1200billion yuan. Electronic commerce data analysis as a business service industry the most important part of electronic commerce data, will make the product in the future years become business essentials.However,because of the abstraction and the complex logic between data,it will inevitably lead to higher difficulty in data analysis, the traditional internet product design methods such as optimizing the product information architecture, interface layout so as to solve the product usability problems, enabling the user to carry out data analysis, but the user still feel very hard,can not use the user easy and don’t willing to engage in data analysis. This is one of the challenges for the electronic commerce data products, the other one is how to combinate business service and data analysis perfect, and in this regard the market has not mature e-commerce data products can be used for reference. The above is the starting point of the thesis.The research of this dissertation is on the quantitative depth the user based on the interviews, analysis of the target users’ business requirements and data analysis of behavior;based on the BJ FOGG behavioral pattern theories, as well as the design of psychology and behavioral economics and other fields of research and method, put forward information segmentation, behavior split design strategy, constructs the promotion electronic commerce data analysis the user experience of the product grade of persuasion design model. Through persuasion design strategy, to guide the user in accordance with the product the preset target behavior using the product, but also to help users in the use of products in the process to obtain a better sense of control and a happy feelling. Hope that through this kind of product’s design model construction, provides a design method for data analysis tools product.
