With the rapid development of telecom industry, the business volume of telecommunicationsCRM (Customer Relation Management) system gradually increases, business functions showsdiverse and complex characteristics, the development efficiency and development quality of theCRM system faces many challenges. Component-based software development as a new softwaredevelopment technology provides a new technical means for the CRM system development. Thistechnology can divide the application software into a plurality of independent units according to thebusiness function, and realize software integration by assembling software components unit,improving the scalability and flexibility of the system and shorting the development cycle.In this thesis, we first present the concept, characteristics, functional structure and the currentsituation of the telecom CRM system, and analyze the problems of the traditional software developmodel. After deeply researching the software architecture, the component-based andprocess-oriented software development technologies, a study about the telecom CRM systembased-on BCE platform is carried out. This platform is developed by the framework AppFramewhich meets the SOA architecture, divides the software development process into stable basiccomponents according to the telecom CRM business features, unifies the development mode,realizes program development based on the configuration, improves the reusability of the system,and shortens the development cycle. According to the actual development needs, an improvementprogram is proposed in this thesis for the insufficient of the BCE platform in the page configurationaspect, realizing page configuration in sequence, selection, loop order, and improving theadaptability and flexibility of the original BCE framework. In addition, a prototype system oftelecom CRM which takes the module of comprehensive business acceptance for example, isimplemented. The experimental results indicate that BCE platform system can effectively realizecode reusability and system scalability, improve the efficiency of development, reduce softwaremaintenance costs, and bring new value for the enterprise.
