The rapid development of the clothing industry, sewing equipment innovation, electronic sewing machine as the most representative of sewing equipment, has become the object of study of this subject. The topic is based on the current research status of the sew machine control system.According to the current sew machine control system in the2010model features and user requirement,the research topic designs the control software system to meet their demands,and to enhance the product in design, parameters management,serial communication and so on.The topic developed based on embedded Linux platform and ARM controller,according to a electronic sew machine,designs a control software. The main role and the results of the paper as follows:(1) Desearching into computer graphics and geometric knowledge,it designs algorithm of pattern drawing to meet their needs;Then,fhrough in-depth research the DXF the generic graphical data file format,it designed the convert interface for transform DXF file to pattern files.Through two aspects of functional design,enhancing the design capacity of operating pattern in control system.(2) Analysing the management capabilities of the XML data model and providing QtXml module with Qt,it designs parameters management.According to the parameters content,it designs data format. Rely on XML files to save the data,and the DOM parser converts the XML document to the tree traverse structure of the application.The design of the functional interface achieves the purpose of manage the machine configure information quickly and efficiently.(3)The research of data transmission protocol,it designs a serial communication with data transfer to meet the system.According to the system of data transmission reliability and instantaneity,design of communication protocols and based on the Linux platform,it uses multi-threading and the serial programming mode of blocking,it completes the design of serial communication.
